Annual contracts

Pest control for businesses

Control plan, numbered stations, visit reports and an annual certificate: the file your health inspector will ask for. Across the whole Landes department (40).

If you handle food, pest control is part of your hygiene obligations under European Regulation 852/2004. During a health inspection it is not enough to have no pests: you must prove that you monitor for them. That is exactly what an annual contract produces.

01

What the contract includes

As much paperwork as product. It is the file that keeps you compliant.

Control plan

A layout of your premises with every bait station and trap numbered and placed according to risk zones.

Equipment installed

Secured bait stations, insect light traps and monitoring traps, suitable for food areas.

Scheduled visits

Visits planned in advance, station-by-station readings, consumption recorded, corrective actions proposed.

A report every visit

Dated and signed, handed over at each visit. It is the first document you will be asked for.

Compliance file

Safety data sheets and technical sheets for every product, Certibiocide certificate, insurance certificate, full history.

Annual certificate

The summary document proving the monitoring carried out over the year.

02

The plans

Frequency depends on your risk level. It is set during the free site visit, not over the phone.

Monitoring
4
visits per year

The expected minimum on a low-risk site: dry retail, offices, a small unit with no kitchen.

Most common
6
visits per year

The usual balance for a mid-sized restaurant, bakery or butcher's shop.

Close monitoring
12
visits per year

Central kitchens, campsites, care homes, multi-building sites, or premises that have already had an infestation.

What sets the price

  • Floor area and number of buildings to cover, and therefore how many stations must be installed and checked.
  • The activity: a working kitchen does not carry the same risk as a dry warehouse.
  • The surroundings: proximity to sewers, fields, watercourses or neighbouring food businesses.
  • The history: a site that has already been infested needs closer monitoring in the first months.
  • The frequency chosen, which follows from the four points above.

That is why I publish no price list: it would be wrong for half of all premises. The quote is firm, written, and handed over after the visit — with no obligation on your side.

One-year term, renewed automatically. Emergency call-outs between scheduled visits are included in every plan — pests do not check the calendar.

03

Who it is for

Any premises open to the public, handling food or accommodating people. If your activity is not listed, call: it very probably qualifies.

Request a visit

The site visit is free and carries no obligation. It is what allows the control plan to be drawn up and the right frequency to be set — no more, no less.

An inspection coming up? Call.

I answer the phone myself and I cover the whole department.
